YOU CAN EXPECT TO:

Establish, maintain, and improvise the SAFe Agile processes by keeping pace with the changing and demanding scenarios.
Learn and use latest trends, tools, and techniques to enrich and enhance the work experience of the team
Maintain the harmony and health of the team just like a leader, at leisure as well as difficult times
Manage internal and external stakeholders with respect to work plan and status updates
Adhere to the SAFe framework to execute and deliver successful PIs
Work with other SMs and RTE on the enhancements and bottlenecks as identified
Track and drive the quality goals for the teams
Although you need not be technical hands on, you should have apt and ability to connect with developers and QA within the team.

YOU HAVE:

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Overall, 8+ years of industry experience out of which, 2+ years of experience must be as a SCRUM Master.
Hands on experience of using the SAFe Agile framework
Passion towards Process, People, and Product
Experience of working with a product organization is a must
SAFe Agilist/RTE certification will be a plus
Previous experience of working on transaction processing or banking products will be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong desire to continually learn new tools, and methodologies, including those out of your comfort zone.
Solid professional who can own and deliver by leading a small to medium size team
Desire to retrospect and for continual improvement
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and on diverse problems, under mínimal supervision, with guidance from senior team members. You know how to balance multiple projects (with varying priorities, of course) all at once.
Ability to challenge others and question the Status Quo
Ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical coworkers
Ability to own deliveries independently
Ability to guide/mentor others in the team
Ability to own team's problem and ensure resolution
Ability to be seen as a problem solver
Experience in design and development of automation framework from scratch
Proven track of maintaining personal networks and following various forums
