    Description

    About the internship:

    As a HR Consultant intern at Ibus Networks And Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing statutory compliances for our growing organization. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we adhere to all legal regulations and standards in relation to employment laws.

    Key responsibilities:

    1. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

    2. Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documents for inspections and audits.

    3. Stay updated on any changes in statutory requirements and communicate necessary updates to the HR team.

    4. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compliance-related issues.

    5. Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance compliance efforts.

    6. Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed to address complex compliance matters.

    7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in HR compliance.
