    Job Description :

    • Ability to explain 4G/3G/2G Core (Voice Core & Packet Core), VoLTE/VoLTE, solutions, and architectural changes to global telecom customer teams.
    • Design Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) for VoLTE and related IMS networks.
    • Ensure smooth VoLTE operations and effective customer management.
    • Troubleshoot end-to-end network issues, conduct trace analysis, and coordinate with all stakeholders.
    • Possess technical expertise in VoLTE solutions, Voice Core # IMS/VoLTE (CFX, TAS), SBC, MRF, DRA, 4G/3G Core network, eNode-B, etc.
    • Familiarity with mobile core technologies, including 3GPP, IMS virtualization, M2M, and LTE, is advantageous.
    • Awareness of telecom evolution topics such as cloudification, VMware, OpenStack, and containerization.
    • Candidates should have working experience in VoLTE, including GSM/4G mobile core network/switching of any vendor.
    • Proficiency in shell scripting and Linux is required.
    • Responsible for providing end-to-end support in MS operation work.
    • Willingness to work in shifts and different time zones based on requirements.
    • Knowledge of cloud, VMware, front-end containerization, technical expertise in core network, OpenStack, and telecom operation management systems, network performance, quality management, SLA management.
    Job Requirements :

    Essential :
    • Experience in using relevant networking protocols.
    • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as an IMS technical expert for VoLTE or related experience.
    • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

    • Six Sigma or Total Quality Management certification is a plus.
