Job Summary:
A Data Entry Operator plays a crucial role in accurately inputting and maintaining information in databases and computer systems.

The primary responsibility is to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by entering, updating, and verifying various types of information.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:
Inputting data from various sources into computer systems and databases.

Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data by double-checking information for errors.

Verifying and correcting data discrepancies or inconsistencies.


Database Management:
Maintaining and updating databases by entering new and updated information.

Organizing and filing electronic and hard copy documents as required.

Retrieving data as requested by authorized personnel.

Keeping detailed and organized records of data entry activities.

Generating and maintaining reports on data entry tasks and progress.


Communication:
Collaborating with other departments to obtain missing information or resolve inaccuracies.

Reporting issues or discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.


Efficiency and Timeliness:
Meeting or exceeding established data entry quotas and deadlines.

Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.


Qualifications and Skills:
Graduation

Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent typing skills and speed.

Basic understanding of databases and data management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
