- Working with Programme manager, RPA Solution architect and BOT Control Room Manager, they select and prioritize projects to ensure work aligns with strategic goals
- Provide enhanced level of customer service to internal and external groups
- Manage RPA document archiving process and Reusable Object repository
- Ensuring common Reusable RPA Objects are applied to all RPA Automation Projects and leading practices are adopted through staff training and system enhancements Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum Education Qualification – Graduate
- Automation Anywhere RPA Trained from reputed organization / Institute
- Basic process knowledge in F&A Operations
- Ability to provide high quality level of customer service
- Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of Asia languages added advantage.
- Strong problem solving & organization skills
- Excellent computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, MS SQL)
- Deliver at least 2 RPA Process Automation Projects
- Prior experience in managing RPA Process automation with high transaction volumes and good knowledge of associated controls and procedures

The Automation Anywhere Developer will be managing RPA Process development activities as per Solution Documentation within agreed timelines and accepted accuracy levels.
