Job Location - Noida sec -63 Uttar Pradesh.
Domestic Campaign
Min. Qualification - 12th pass
12th passed/UG/Graduate are eligible
Excellent communication (L5 comms. needed)+ Excellent written
Work From Office
5.5 days of working


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Spoken good communication skills ,level of customer service and maximising productivity.
Good verbal, written and listening skills (English).
Understands details of several functions to provide quality service.
Carefully write/type messages to ensure professional tone
