    Description
    • Sending RFQ/ RFP and obtaining quotations from suppliers/sub-contractors (vendors).
    • Analyzing quotations received to ensure compliance with specifications/requirements.
    • Negotiating with suppliers for price discounts and payment terms.
    • Releasing purchase orders to vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Overseeing delivery schedules and maintaining purchase records.
    • Collaborating closely with accounts dept. to resolve and prevent invoice discrepancies.
    • Maintaining high levels of communication, cooperation, and coordination with respective departments regarding purchases.
    • Performing vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reducing operating costs and boost efficiency.
    • Monitoring vendors performance and renegotiating contracts.
    • Using quarterly and annual data to determine purchasing needs and performing inventory management.
    • Conducting ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase and potential vendors
