    Description

    Purchase Specialist with Credit Note Expertise

    We are seeking an experienced Purchase Specialist with in-depth knowledge of credit notes to join our team.

    => The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the purchasing process from start to finish and ensuring that all credit note processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

    =>Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers.

    Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor the delivery of goods and services.

    =>Ensure that all credit notes are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

    =>Manage the resolution of any discrepancies or issues related to credit notes with suppliers.

    =>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities.

    =>Work closely with other departments to identify and resolve any issues related to purchasing and credit notes.

    =>Continuously evaluate and make recommendations for improving the purchasing process.

    => Qualification: Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.

    => Location: Chennai

    => Job Type: Full-time

    => Salary: Negotiable

    => Experience: 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and credit note management.
