    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Travel Consultant.

    The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day travel consulting, travel management, making travel reservations on GDS, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations.

    ExperienceTravel Consulting and Travel Management skillsExperience in making travel arrangementsStrong customer service skillsAbility to handle reservationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the travel industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism or related fieldQualificationsGraduate and Diploma in IATA or Travel & TourismRich experience in Issuing and Reissuing TicketsProven working experience as a Travel ConsultantMinimum of 5 years work experience in Leading Travel Agencies.

    Extensive knowledge in GDS systems i.


    E:
    Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.

    Attend to the clients with utmost courtesy and helping them with their travelrequirementsMust be familiar with all related lines of business and IATA regulations.

    Sound knowledge of reservations & and ticketing systems with good communication skills.
    Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additionallanguages is an advantage.
