Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Science laboratory in accordance with CBSE guidelines and safety protocols.
Procure, organize, and maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
Plan and coordinate laboratory experiments and demonstrations in collaboration with Science teachers.
Assist teachers in preparing lab materials and setting up experiments.
Conduct regular inspections of the laboratory to ensure safety standards are met and equipment is in proper working condition.
Provide guidance and support to students during laboratory sessions, ensuring adherence to experimental procedures and safety protocols.
Supervise and train laboratory assistants, ensuring efficient operation of the lab.
Keep accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and laboratory activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of curriculumrelated laboratory activities.
Stay updated on advancements in Science education and laboratory techniques.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Previous experience working as a Lab Incharge or similar role in a CBSEaffiliated school.
Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum requirements and guidelines for Science laboratories.
Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment and chemicals safely.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and students.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
