Job Description:

Creation of Customer Purchase Orders in CPO Portal
Creation of Sales Order in SAP
Creation of Project in SAP
Tagging of Resources to Project in E3 Tool
Sourcing Timesheet Reports from E3 Tool and ensuring Compliance
Gaps in Compliance to be intimated to Delivery for ensuring discipline amongst team
Validation of Billable Hours with Project Managers
Sharing the Approved Billable Hours to Customer at Month End for their approval
Creation of Billing Document in SAP
Sharing Billing Document and Customer Approval to O2C for Invoice Generation and submission
Making Deviation Notes on Billable Vs Billed Hours and Actual Billed Hours Vs Forecast Hours
Reporting the Revenue Variance Sheet to BU Management
Operational Support like raising PR on Material Requirements of BU
Contributing to Team Initiatives

Skills & Experience

Advanced Excel, Macros, VBA, Dashboards, MS-Access, Communication, Proactive Approach, SAP Project System (PS), SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Team Coordination
