We are currently seeking a Delivery Strategic Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Position Description:
Support of Delivery Governance and Risk Management

Position's General Duties and Tasks

Work collaboratively to ensure the successful design (and delivery) of assigned projects and programs for our clients and contributing to the growth targets.
Drive risk identification and management to ensure that the solutions designed meet the needs of the client and are deliverable by the practice.
Oversee and guide review of solution and delivery architecture.
Understand, document, and drive development of review and approval processes and tools
Understand and use competitive financial and benefit analysis.
Develop and document standards around IT services solutions.
Serve as an expert consultant to senior leadership and primary and technical architectures
Act as an "agent of change" and continuously foster the sharing of customer, architecture, and technical information between organizations.

Able to manage, participate and add value to multiple consecutive or crossOpCo / crosspractice and crossfunctional projects and initiatives.
Able to design and develop project or initiative planning including success metrics or outcomes, develop and provide reporting, communicating project status, targets and mitigations
Able to understand project and practice context and influence decision making
Strong leadership, business, technical, analytical, problem solving and verbal and written communication skills with the willingness to travel when required
Selfmotivation and ability to work on own initiative, as well as be a strong contributor in a team environment, natural drive to learn and pick up new challenges
Experience in developing complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements
Familiar with technologies and processes used to support and deliver complex multitower outsourcing relationships.
Understand and interpret requirements by probing for information, facilitating consensus building, and synthesizing and translating ideas into actionable requirements.
Familiarity with industry trends and new developments and using this knowledge in developing differentiated solutions for opportunities
Great collaborator with strong and positive influencing/negotiating skills coupled with strategic thinking

Basic Required Qualifications:

35 years Experience in IT outsourcing infrastructure solutions development, modeling and costing
5 years An understanding of services delivery architecture or experience in leading / managing complex multitower outsourcing relationships
Fluency in English is critical.
Flexibility to work with Global teams and stakeholders
35 years Understanding the impact of automation and efficiencies on solutions.
Subject matter expert in at least one service area or technology and proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
Indepth knowledge of assessing operational risk on profitability and impacts to service delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct Experience with macro, Java, C++, advanced Excel and/or Power suite is a strong plus
Experience in IT Services Delivery managing multiple delivery teams and / or P&L
Relevant Experience and/or Industry Certification (ITIL, DevSecOps, TOGAF, Agile, or Industry cloud certifications) in Service Management and/or Application Development
Experience with Microsoft Office / O365 including Macro Design and Programming
Experience in Infrastructure architecting and implementing solutions, while providing ongoing solutions support
