As a Social Media Executive at Rajarshi Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our target audience through various social media platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with 0 to 1 year of experience to kick-start their career in social media marketing.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation:
Develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.


Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Implement and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.


Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Provide regular reports on social media performance to the marketing team.


Community Building:
Foster relationships with followers and online communities to build a loyal and engaged audience.
Identify and connect with influencers and partners to expand reach and collaboration opportunities.


Trends and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
Explore and recommend new strategies to keep the company at the forefront of social media innovation.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Spark is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
