    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance management (PM)/Goal management (GM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, configuring, and implementing SAP PMGM solutions, and supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years specifically focused on SAP SuccessFactors SAP Performance management/Goal management. SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is required.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    · Collaborate with international clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for PMGM processes.

    · Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to PMGM modules.

    · Configure and customize the PMGM modules to meet client's specific needs.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the PMGM module with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and external systems.

    · Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.

    · Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.

    · Document configurations, processes, and support procedures for knowledge transfer and future reference.

    · Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors PMGM features, functionalities, and industry regulations.

    · Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to fit into a multinational project setup.

    Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills:

    Must Have:

    · B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates with a strong academic background.

    · Minimum of 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance management/Goal management (PMGM) module.

    · SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is required.

    · SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.

    · Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live.

    · Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.

    · Strong understanding of PMGM processes and best practices.

    · Experience in Multi Rater.

    · Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to PMGM modules.

    · Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.

    · Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.

    · Expertise in provisioning system.

    · Agile delivery experience.

    Good to Have:

    · Experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Compensation.

    · Design and implementation experience with HR ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Workday, or SuccessFactors.

    Key Competencies:

    Subject Matter Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules. Able to provide guidance, support, and best practices to stakeholders.

    Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.

    Agile Delivery Experience: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience in delivering projects using Agile practices.
