Telesales Executive - Gurugram, Haryana, India - Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
outbound calls to SMBs to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide relevant product/service solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in SMB sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and targetdriven.

Salary:
₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
