Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct
    outbound calls to SMBs to introduce our products/services and identify sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide relevant product/service solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales, preferably in SMB sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated, and targetdriven.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
