Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Media Skills-New York Academy located in Mumbai.
The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for daily telesales activities, including making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about products and services, and closing sales.
The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and support, as well as conducting training sessions for new hires.Qualifications
