    A typical day as a US Tax Manager in Mumbai, India might include:

    • Mandatory experience in partnerships and corporate tax.
    • Reviewing business and individual tax returns.
    • Preparing high-level tax returns.
    • Interviewing clients for tax information or projects.
    • Managing client relationships and ensuring value in service.
    • Conducting tax research and special projects.
    • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members.
    • Performing other tax and accounting duties assigned by supervisors.

    Who You Are

    • You're well-versed in tax matters and capable of explaining your experience in detail, including distinguishing between different tax forms.
    • You have a strong interest in public accounting and aspire to grow in this field.
    • You stay updated on tax industry regulations and policies.
    • You excel at problem-solving and bringing solutions to the table.
    • You enjoy helping others and are prepared to lead a team of high-performing individuals.
    • You have broad industry knowledge and familiarity with CCH Access Tax and CCH Engagement software.
    • You have over 5 years of US tax work experience and at least 1 year of managerial experience.
    • You hold a CPA, CA, or EA certification.
    • Additionally, you have a degree in Accounting or Finance, with post-graduate studies being a plus for career advancement.
