- Working independently to create the step-by-step standard operating procedures for HR operational services processes, based on existing recordings of the process step
- Ensuring that SOP's are compliant with the respective drafting standards and describe the process accordingly to the process maps
- Identifying gaps or further clarifications needed in process maps and updating the SOPs accordingly
- Collaborating with the local country teams, hub teams and global service line leads to drive updates and sign-offs of the prepared documentation
- Communicating documentation status to management and team members
- Bachelor's or Master degree in any stream
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of work experience in creating process documentation
- Knowledge on process maps creation and respective standards
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Successful at managing multiple priorities and tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to keep deadlines

You will be working as E2E Documentation Specialist and reporting to HR Junior Team Lead, based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for performing day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. Supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office or hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. This is a limited duration position, until end of May 2025
