    Description
    We are looking for a Sales &Marketing professional holding a Managerial position withexperience in Engineering Mining & metalsindustries.

    Job description:

    Customer PortfolioSpecialist : To support the Customer Portfolio Manager inanalyzing the current customer base defining the customerrelationship strategy managing loyalty programs and measuring thecustomer relationship performance
    SalesSpecialist : Toidentify handle and close sales opportunities including offercreation and submission and creation of legally binding agreementsas well as to manage the OTO performance
    OfferSpecialist : Tocreate a customer offer ensuring the feasibility in terms of leadtime and margin
    Sales AccountManager : Toestablish longterm account relationships and define the accountplans and to create and close framework agreement with key accounts
    Sales OperationsSpecialist : Tosupport the Sales Operations Manager in developing the salesforecast defining and allocating sales targets and defining thesales budget
    Sales StrategySpecialist : Toidentify handle and close sales opportunities including offercreation and submission and creation of legally binding agreementsas well as to manage the OTO performanceKeep abreast with MM market information andidentify new business prospects in ongoing / upcoming projects.

    Product promotion Make Technicalpresentations attend seminars and participate in Trade exhibitionsEnsure smooth handover of contract to PJMCoordinate and monitor the order executionand despatch of material and communicate the same to the customer.

    Monitor and extend support in follow up forthe outstanding receivables/recoveries from the customer.
    Transfer the feedback received from thecustomers the the technical departments for improvement ofperformance of our products. .


    Qualification:


    Graduate in Mechanical EngineeringPreferablywith MBA Marketing
    Experience: 12to 15 years experience in engineering mining & metalsindustries
    Desirable:Excellent communication interpersonal and customer serviceskills.

    Knowledge of data analysis andreport writing Strong negotiationskills Able to travel
