    Hi,
    We are looking to urgently fillÂposition of Sales Manager with iCube logics for Pune location:

    Position title:
    Sales Manager

    Mandatory skills :
    PLM Software and services sales,CAD/CAM (Software solution sales)/ license sales/ CRM Sales rest as per JD.

    Exp: 5+ yrs (should have 5 years relevant exp in relevant software solution sales)

    ÂQualification:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.

    NP:
    Immediate to 15 Days

    Location:
    Pune (Baner) WFO

    Interview process: 2 rounds (2 Technical rounds)

    Job description:

    • Identifies PLM software and services sales opportunities and grow existing accounts.
    • Prospects, qualifies and generates sales within the company's established clientele or prospects.
    • Lead sales presentations both via webinar and on-site.
    • Attains or exceeds assigned quarterly and annual sales objectives for the region.
    • Call prospects to identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales pipeline and manage through CRM.
    • Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services by customers' communities.
    • Works closely with Marketing, Support, Account Management and Business Development to book new business.
    • Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online and face to face presentations.
    • Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
    • Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the Engineering, IT and PLM industries.
    • Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
    • Positions will require travel as per requirement.

    Competencies:

    • PLM Software and Services Sales.
    • Previous sales experience with resellers of Siemens, Autodesk, Dassault Systems, or PTC is a plus.
    • PLM Domain Knowledge is a plus.
    • Communication Proficiency.
    • Teamwork.
    • Technical Capacity.
    • Supervisory Responsibility.

    Desired Candidate:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of years of relevant experience in PLM software and services sales experience is must.
    • Minimum 2 Yrs service bond is mandatory for candidates with CAD / CAM / CAE / CATIA sales experience.
    • Minimum 1 Yr service bond is mandatory for candidates with Teamcenter sales experience.
    • Languages - Marathi & English are mandatory.
