    Job Description:

    Join our team at JLL and contribute to shaping the future of real estate for a better world. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. You will be responsible for supervising security and fire safety measures, managing security personnel, and implementing security procedures and protocols. Additionally, you will handle emergency situations, conduct security investigations, and maintain effective communication with clients and relevant authorities.

    Responsibilities:

    Maintain and update Security Policies and Procedures, including crime deterrent programs

    Supervise and train security and fire safety staff

    Ensure complete documentation and police verification of vendor security personnel

    Conduct security investigations and prepare incident reports

    Handle emergency situations efficiently, such as evacuations and customer complaints

    Develop and implement emergency preparedness and disaster management plans

    Conduct security risk assessments and devise effective guarding strategies

    Stay up-to-date with security and safety devices, including CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems

    Liaise with government agencies, such as local police and fire services

    Prepare monthly security management information system (MIS) reports
