**Sales CoordinatorLocation:
Mumbai
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage sales educational workshops
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
- Suggest solutions in a timely manner
- Identify labor with needs, strengths, and weaknesses
- Identify needs for sales skills improvement
- Set objectives and KPIs
- Set up and monitor sales processes
- Serve as an adviser to our employees by answering all of their salesrelated questions and concerns
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
- Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements
- Stay uptodate with the latest sales trends and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role
- 1 year of experience in sales
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
- Critical thinking and problemsolving skills
- Team player
- Good timemanagement skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum Qualification:
MBA Sales & Marketing / Hotel Management Graduate
Minimum Job Experience: 1Year

Asst. GM Sales
