Front office executive in Baywatch Resort
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, registering them upon arrival.
- Process reservations, assigning rooms efficiently and accurately.
- Manage room inventory and rates, ensuring availability and accuracy.
- Collect payments, following proper cash handling procedures.
- Issue room keys and handle key control measures.
- Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Resolve guest issues effectively, aiming to exceed expectations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the front desk area.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, such as answering phones, filing paperwork, and processing mail.
