    Job Description :

    Work Location : Responsibilities :

    - Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, gather requirements, and oversee projects from beginning to end.

    - Document requirements.

    Develop and define project roadmaps.

    Write user stories.

    - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.

    - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.

    - Strong understanding of sales and revenue process within the context of CPQ.

    - Facilitate business solutions.

    Manage Salesforce projects.

    Create and deliver business presentations.

    - Manage and analyses Salesforce implementations and Apply frameworks and methodology to Salesforce projects

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementation.

    - Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, ensuring the system aligns with company goals and objectives.

    - Hands-on pricing strategies, discounting rules, and product bundling within Salesforce CPQ.

    - Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, processes, and workflows.

    - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are a plus.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Skills Require : Process Maps/ BRD/FRD/ User Stories/High Level Design.
