    Description

    1. Developand execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy policies andprocedures to ensure the delivery of highquality products andservices to our clients aligning with the companys goals andobjectives.

    2.Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for thequality assurance department fostering a culture of excellenceinnovation and continuousimprovement.

    3.Lead mentor and empower a team of quality assurance professionalsincluding both manual and automation testers to achievedepartmental goals and objectives while promoting individual growthanddevelopment.

    4.Establish and enforce quality assurance standards methodologies andbest practices across all projects and teams ensuring compliancewith industry regulations andstandards.

    5.Designa flexible and scalable automation framework that supports modulardatadriven and keyworddriven testing approaches. It should alloweasy integration with different tools and technologies catering tothe specific needs of diverseprojects.

    6.Ensure that performance and security testing are integral parts ofthe QA process. Utilize specialized tools and practices to identifyand mitigate performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilitiesearly in the developmentcycle.

    7.Collaborate closely with senior management project managersdevelopers and other stakeholders to define quality requirementstesting strategies and project priorities and ensure alignment withbusinessobjectives.

    8.Drive the implementation and adoption of automation testing toolsframeworks and technologies leveraging tools such as Appium formobile lab testing Selenium for web automation and others toenhance efficiency accuracy andscalability.

    9.Designa flexible and scalable automation framework that supports modulardatadriven and keyworddriven testing approaches. It should alloweasy integration with different tools and technologies catering tothe specific needs of diverseprojects.

    10.Ensure that performance and security testing are integral parts ofthe QA process. Utilize specialized tools and practices to identifyand mitigate performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilitiesearly in the developmentcycle.

    11.Establish coding standards and best practices for scriptdevelopment to ensure maintainability readability and reusability.Encourage the use of version control systems to manage test scriptsanddocumentation.

    12.Evaluate and recommend new tools technologies and methodologies toimprove the quality assurance process streamline workflows andoptimize resources utilization staying abreast of emerging trendsand innovations in thefield.

    13.Implement strategies for thorough crossplatform and crossbrowsertesting to ensure that applications perform consistently across alluserenvironments.

    14.Oversee the planning execution and reporting of testing activitiesincluding test planning test case development test execution defecttracking and test result analysis ensuring thorough coverage andeffective riskmitigation.

    15.Monitor and analyze key quality metrics KPIs and performanceindicators to assess the effectiveness of the quality assuranceprocess identify areas for improvement and drive continuous processimprovementinitiatives.

    16.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to resolve complex technicalissues address customer feedback and concerns and ensure timelydelivery of highquality products and services fostering strongrelationships and customerssatisfaction.

    17.Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance bestpractices methodologies tools and technologies providing guidancesupport and expertise to team members stakeholders and clients asneeded.

    18.Act as a champion for quality within the organization advocatingfor quality excellence promoting a culture of quality consciousnessand driving organizational change and transformation initiatives asneeded.



    Requirements


    1.Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a relatedfield; Masters degreepreferred.

    2.Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance with atleast 3 years in a leadershiprole.

    3.Proven track record of driving excellence and innovation in afastpacedenvironment.

    4.Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)methodologies agile practices and quality assuranceprocesses.

    5.Extensive experience with automation testing tools and frameworkssuch as Appium for mobile lab testing Selenium for web automationand other relatedtools.

    6.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectivelycommunicate complex technical concepts to both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders.

    7.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability tothink strategically and driveresults.

    8.Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of buildingand motivating highperformingteams.

    9.Ability to thrive in a collaborative crossfunctional teamenvironment with a passion for driving continuous improvement andinnovation.
