Job Overview:


As an Online Sales Executive specializing in Voice & Chat processes on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and utilizing Bot technology, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.


Key Responsibilities:

Engagement and Sales: Initiate and maintain conversations with customers via voice calls, chat messages, and bot interactions on Instagram and WhatsApp platforms. Understand customer needs and preferences to suggest appropriate products or services and convert inquiries into sales.

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding product details, pricing, availability, and delivery options.

Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments. Ensure seamless order management and follow-up with customers to confirm delivery and address any post-purchase issues or concerns.

Sales Targets: Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Proactively reach out to existing customers with special offers, promotions, or product updates to drive customer loyalty and retention.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with using chatbots for automated customer interactions and transactions.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and order details. Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
  • Must have Experience with Chatbot Technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages may be advantageous.
  • Techsavvy with a good understanding of social media platforms, messaging apps, and chatbot technology.
  • Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
