- Guide guests through booking process and manage reservations.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships.
- Collaborate with team to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Indepth knowledge of resort amenities and services.
- Customerfocused with strong consultative selling abilities.
- Detailoriented for accurate booking management.
- Team player with a targetdriven mindset.
