Sales Executive (Real Estate & Industries)


Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years in sales of electrical meters or related products in the real

estate industry


Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of IOT products or electronic products


Responsibilities : 1.


Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and actively generate new leads within the real estate industry.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company products and effectively
communicate its value proposition to potential clients.

  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers and maintaining a
robust sales pipeline.

  • Participate in sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the
company's products.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Understand clients' needs and requirements to tailor product offerings that meet their specific demands.

Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical meters, IOT products, and related technologies.

  • Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, pricing strategies,and market dynamics.

CRM Management:

Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, prospects, and client information efficiently.

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Generate regular reports to track sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

5.


Collaborative Team Player:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies and achieve collective goals.

  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights.

Requirements:

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits.

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and handle objections.

Results-Oriented:

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high
- quality customer relationships.

Technical Aptitude:

A good understanding of electrical meters and related technologies is advantageous.


4.


CRM Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience in using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data.

Self-Motivated:

Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive sales and business growth.


6.


Flexibility:

Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business

requirements.

  • Monday to Friday

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
