Sales Executive (Real Estate & Industries)Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in sales of electrical meters or related products in the real
estate industry
Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of IOT products or electronic products

Identify potential clients and actively generate new leads within the real estate industry.

Product Knowledge and Industry Awareness:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical meters, IOT products, and related technologies.
- Possess a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, pricing strategies,and market dynamics.

CRM Management:
Utilize the CRM system to manage leads, prospects, and client information efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Generate regular reports to track sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
5.
Collaborative Team Player:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies and achieve collective goals.
- Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits.
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and handle objections.
