Description
Naga Limited Consumer Division - Dindigul- Prepare inventory plan based on availability of resources (Example: manpower, materials, FEFO etc.); Communicate the deficit of the product to DC in charges for various products based on manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Inventory of goods for costing within layout norms.
- Monitor inventory on a periodic basis, ensure stock is always available for smooth Packing
- Follow-up with DC / purchase departments on availability of materials and materials to be procured for DC
- Validate the sequence of stock loaded in the truck as per pick slip Vs truck wise
- Provide safety trainings, quality improvement trainings to the FC's and provide support wherever required during shift
- Provide inputs for performance improvements and training as per requirements
- Motivate FC's to follow inventory process and achieve set packing targets
- Ensure return stock verification and create sales return invoice Vs segregate return product.
