    Overview:

    The OperationAssistant plays a vital role in the organization by providingsupport to the operations team ensuring smooth and efficientdaytoday activities. This role is essential in maintainingoperational excellence and meeting businessobjectives.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assist incoordinating daily operationalactivities
    • Organize and maintain operationalrecords
    • Support in inventory management andprocurement
    • Handle customer inquiries andresolve issues
    • Assist in scheduling andcoordinating staff shifts
    • Ensure compliancewith company policies and procedures
    • Contributeto the improvement of operationalprocesses
    • Manage office supplies andequipment
    • Support in training new operationalstaff
    • Participate in operational meetings andtake minutes
    • Assist in preparing operationalreports and presentations
    • Coordinate withexternal vendors and suppliers
    • Assist inmonitoring and maintaining qualitystandards
    • Conduct research to supportoperational projects
    • Assist in analyzingoperational data and identifyingtrends

    RequiredQualifications:

    • High school diplomaor equivalent
    • Relevant certification inoperations management is a plus
    • Provenexperience in an operational supportrole
    • Proficiency in MS Office and operationalsoftware
    • Strong organizational skills with theability to prioritize tasks
    • Excellent verbaland written communication skills
    • Ability towork effectively in a teamenvironment
    • Detailoriented and capable ofmultitasking
    • Knowledge of inventory managementand procurement processes
    • Ability to adapt tochanging priorities anddeadlines
    • Problemsolving skills and a proactiveapproach
    • Understanding of compliance andregulatory requirements
    • Ability to maintainconfidentiality and handle sensitiveinformation
    • Experience in customer service isan advantage
    • Knowledge of operational bestpractices andprinciples
