- **Job Purpose

Business Management of Fixed Telephony (SIP Trunking, Global IP Trunking, PRI) and Unified Communications, holistically, for maximum value creation for customers and business across their lifecycles.

Take SIP to leadership position in 3 years and successfully foray into the fast growing Unified Communications market.

The role is strategically vital for succeeding in the growth areas of enterprise voice market strongly positioning VIBS as a UCaaS partner of choice.

Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas (Max 5)

  • Strategic, insights driven business planning by aligning market trends, emerging global technologies and sizing India business potential. Finalizing the product roadmap, revenue + market share aspirations, resource requirements and returns on investment. Key accountability to take leadership position in SIP and successful entry into Unified Communications.
  • Go To Market planning and execution covering customer targeting, propositions, sales kits, trainings to deliver target revenue and CXX.
  • Look for system and process improvements continuously to improve efficiency and reduce opportunity to revenue timeline.
  • Drive daytoday product and revenue management by effectively interfacing with Technology, Network Operations, Product Development, Customer Service, Finance, Sales and Group Product Management.
  • Working closely with global partners in the Telephony and UC ecosystem to continuously evaluate new technologies, creating product differentiators and market opportunities

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications (Max 5)

  • Deep understanding of emerging telephony, IP voice and collaboration technologies and markets. Requires thought leadership in selecting the right product set and identify differentiating capabilities for VIL
  • Expertise with managing products through their full lifecycle through a robust and rigorous Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
  • Sound business acumen for revenue planning, preparing complex product business cases and building robust go to market plans.
  • Strong understanding of overall operating model and systems and process for telephony and UC product lines.
  • The role demands strong influential and leadership skills to drive engagements with internal cross functional teams, group, global partners, etc.

Experience: 12+ Years

Technical / professional qualifications:

Blackblot/ Pragmatic Marketing/ similar certified


Educational Qualifications

  • Engineering Graduate /Post Graduate
