    **Job Description:**

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Call Operations Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in call center operations and customer service. You will work closely with our call center team to assist in handling inbound and outbound calls, providing support to customers, and ensuring smooth operations.

    **Responsibilities:**

    Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with professionalism and empathy.

    Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

    Assist in maintaining call center systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

    Collaborate with team members to optimize call center workflows and improve efficiency.

    Provide administrative support, such as data entry and documentation, as needed.

    **Requirements:**

    Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
