Phone Banking Officer


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their banking needs and provide product information.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell banking products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
  • Adhere to banking regulations and compliance policies at all times.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum CIBIL score of 650.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in banking, BPO, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Maximum age of 32 years.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Quick decisionmaking ability and good presence of mind.
  • Pleasant personality with a confident and proactive attitude.

Additional Information:


  • The majority of the role involves sales activities (70%) with the remaining focused on customer service (30%).
  • A good personality and excellent interpersonal skills are considered advantageous for this role.

Salary:
₹550, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
