Phone Banking Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their banking needs and provide product information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell banking products and services to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote customer retention and loyalty.
- Adhere to banking regulations and compliance policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum CIBIL score of 650.
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in banking, BPO, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Maximum age of 32 years.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a focus on achieving targets.
- Quick decisionmaking ability and good presence of mind.
- Pleasant personality with a confident and proactive attitude.
Additional Information:
- The majority of the role involves sales activities (70%) with the remaining focused on customer service (30%).
- A good personality and excellent interpersonal skills are considered advantageous for this role.
Salary:
₹550, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
