    JobDescriptionResponsibilities:
    • Procuringnew clients through direct contact and collaboration with themarketing department.
    • Attending networkingactivities to research and connect with prospectiveclients.
    • Maintaining meaningful relationshipswith existing clients to ensure that they areretained.
    • Suggesting upgrades or added servicesthat may be of interest to clients.
    • Craftingbusiness proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue fromclients.
    • Negotiating with clients to secure themost attractive prices.
    • Equipping staff withthe technical and social skills needed to enhancesales.
    • Reviewing clients feedback andimplementing necessary changes.
    • Work withsenior team members to identify and managerisks.
    • Foster a collaborative environmentwithin the organisation.
    • Collaborating withmanagement on sales goals planning and forecasting maintainingshort and longterm business developmentplans.
    • Send campaigns and schedule appointmentswith interested parties
    • Arrange a meeting forprospective clients with the top management of yourcompany.

    • Continuous followups with multiplecollaborators
    • Strong knowledge of social mediaplatforms
    • Ability to prepare PPT for clients
    • Ability to use SpreadSheet for contactgeneration and deal cycle tracking
    • Purchasecontacts from aggregators or search individually via job networkingplatforms
    • Knowledge of research andstrategy
    • Working knowledge of CRM likeSalesforce HubSpot etc.
    • Knowledge of salesmanagement marketing strategic management and businessplanning.

    Education/Experience

    1) Excellent communication and drafting skills in Englishlanguage. 2) Candidates must have 2 yearsexperience only in the IT serviceIndustry.
