Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Minimum 23 Years experience in Real Estate in Pre sales is mandatory
- Should have basic knowledge of MAHARERA Rules and Regulations.
- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi
- Should be able to work with a Team.
- Knowledge of ERP is a must
- Ability to explain the customers based on product offers / benefits
- Should be able to generate walk ins
- Expertise in Promoting the products
- Good at Customer followup
- Should keep the record of Feedback mails/phones (communication channel)
- Experience in Brand promotion telecalling would be added advantage
