Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the outdoor furniture market.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Architects, Dealers, HNI, and Resorts.

Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Coordinate with the design and production teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.

Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Attend trade shows and events to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development in the outdoor furniture market.

Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.

Knowledge of outdoor furniture products and materials.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
