- Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through regular discussion with the client and/or internal teams to assess service delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple domains of SAP Application Security and GRC Access Control, etc.
- Lookout for potential risks on client engagements diligently and highlight to leadership proactively
- Demonstrate strong people management & networking skills
- Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members' strengths
- Play substantive/lead role on projects including project planning, management and managing quality
- Participate in proposal development efforts
- Assist in recruitment and retention of professionals
- Participate in team management and training efforts at practice level
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience with SAP Security, SAP GRC 10.x/ 12.x Access Control modules and S/4 Hana
- Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security. Security experience with SAP Fiori, BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG and HR a plus
- Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties frameworks
- Ability to design, implement, and test SAP automated, manual, security, and segregation of duty controls
- Certifications such as: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
