    Description

    We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance overall online visibility for our brand. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our SEO initiatives, ensuring our digital presence remains competitive and aligns with the latest industry best practices.

    • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable opportunities and high-impact search terms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development, to integrate SEO best practices into website structure and content creation.
    • Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, broken links, and site speed optimization.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, and headings for targeted keywords to improve relevancy and search visibility.
    • Monitor and manage website architecture, URL structure, and site mapping to enhance crawlability and indexation.
    • Create and execute effective link-building strategies to increase the domain authority and backlink profile of our website.
    • Identify and pursue relevant outreach opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to acquire high-quality backlinks.
    • Monitor and analyze competitor link-building activities to stay ahead in the industry
    • Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-driven content that resonates with target audiences and ranks well in search engines.
    • Leverage content marketing to attract inbound links, social shares, and engage with our online community.
    • Utilize SEO tools and analytics platforms to track, measure, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on SEO performance, highlighting areas for improvement and future opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices to continuously refine and optimize our strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven track record of at least 6+ years in SEO and achieving tangible results in improving organic search traffic and rankings.
    • Extensive knowledge of SEO tools, Google Analytics, and webmaster tools.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting SEO performance metrics.
    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and industry changes.
    • Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other relevant SEO certifications would be a plus.

    Job Type: Remote (WFH)

    Job Timings: 7 PM to 3 AM (Evening & Night Shift)
