Firmwide Business Resiliency Team (FBRT) - Associate Product Quality, Testing, & Automation


The Firmwide Business Resiliency Team (FBRT) mission is to provide a comprehensive data driven and risk-based business resiliency program with an enhanced focus on Essential Services, supported by a robust firmwide internal/external engagement and governance framework.

Within FBRT, the Application & Tool Support Team provides L1 support, performing User Acceptance Testing and Release Management for Enterprise Resiliency Management & Analytics (ERMA) system.


FBRT is seeking an action-minded, inventive Associate to join the Product Quality Management Team in Mumbai to drive test automation, and quality improvement initiatives for ERMA (Enterprise Resiliency Management Analytics) product.

This role requires an interest and passion to automate manual processes, and develop innovative solutions that advance test automation, guide User Acceptance Testing, and help us identify opportunities and advance the automation agenda in the testing space.

This role will report into the Firmwide Business Resiliency India Lead.

**Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios, with a combination of Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin tools to enable the efficient and timely E2E test execution

  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand the scope of each release, develop releaselevel test plans
  • Execute plans during release testing in advance of User UAT to detect & report defects in a timely manner for resolution prior to release
  • Partner with developers & users to understand newly developed functionality so that you can test each new feature & help communicate to users how the produce works with each new release
  • Validation and presentation of Test Results for internal Signoff
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product Owners and Technology groups to help drive out defects as early as possible through the development cycle

Qualification, Experience & Skills:


  • Demonstratable experience in Software Testing methods for Unit, QA, and UAT
  • Comfortable with Agile, ability to navigate JIRA, including an understanding of JQL
  • Knowledge of change implementation process and/or a background in UAT/QA test execution with related experience in AGILE
  • Experience & familiarity in automation tools and Object-Oriented Programming, including JAVA, Java script, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, or related test tools
  • Results driven selfstarter able to operate in a collaborative and cooperative environment, with colleagues in the business and technology
  • A selfstarter who is organized and constantly meets deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and bring tasks to complete closure
  • Should be familiar of running automation in Continuous Integration & Development environment
  • Good verbal/written and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, selfmotivated and confident
  • Ability to learn quickly, adjust to changes and think outside the box
  • Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
