    Position Overview:
    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic startup team.

    As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the long-term success of the company.

    The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership experience to guide our startup through rapid growth and Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives and growth plans.


    • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
    • Provide strategic guidance and financial insights to the CEO and board of directors to support decisionmaking and drive business performance.
    • Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and investment proposals to support fundraising efforts and strategic initiatives.
    • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and compliance processes to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure transparency and compliance with reporting requirements.
    • Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Drive cost optimization and efficiency initiatives across the organization to maximize profitability and return on investment.
    • Recruit, develop, and mentor a highperforming finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes affecting the financial landscape, and proactively adapt the company's strategy as Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
    • Minimum of 6+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership position, preferably in a startup or highgrowth environment.
    • Proven track record of success in financial management, strategic planning, and driving business results.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic business environment.
    • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of building and motivating highperforming teams to achieve ambitious goals.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis tools, and ERP systems.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving change in a fastpaced startup environment.
