    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Assist the leadership in developing and implementing strategic plans for the technology department. This may include helping to define the technology roadmap, setting goals, operating models and aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
    • Leading strategic partnerships with vendors, OEMs and Industrial collaboration for innovation projects/ initiatives
    • Project Management: Spearheading innovation initiatives, liaison across global engineering & cross-functional teams for successfully launching projects & tracking progress
    • Communication & stakeholder management ensuring effective communication and coordination and driving growth through effective stakeholder management.
    • Project Management: Oversee and manage specific projects or initiatives within the technology department. This may include coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Decision Support: Provide support to the India center head in decision-making by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports. This helps the center head make informed decisions on technology strategies and investments and to contribute to the expansion of the Centre capability innovation and shape the future success of the organization.
    • Operations Management: Streamline and optimize internal processes within the technology department. Identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
    • Candidate Should have a comprehensive understanding of OTT and Media domain business, corporate & product strategy.
    • Driving innovative branding programs through industry events in India (IBC, NAB, MWC, Broadcast Asia, APOS) and spearheading startup collaborations (NASSCOM, startups, industry academia partnership) , strategic partnership engagement for the early access partnership programs and enable the same with product and business stakeholders to establish India center as the technology innovation hub.

    What to Bring:

    • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related discipline.
    • Advanced degrees (master's or MBA)
    • Professional Experience:
    • 15+ years of experience in the technology industry, often in roles that involve project management, strategic planning, and / or technology leadership.
    • Experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with different departments to align technology initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Previous leadership roles where the individual has demonstrated the ability to manage and lead teams.


    • 15+ years of experience with more than 10+years particularly in OTT and media domain


    •. Should have extensive experience of working with OTT technologies


    •. Should have worked with Technology and solution partners and vendors

    • Experience in working with CxO's and executive leadership and managing stakeholder
    • Should have experience in building branding through industry events, technology partners, industry associations and and startups.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
