    Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer yourkey responsibilities will include: 1. Designand develop highvolume lowlatency applications for missioncriticalsystems delivering highavailability and performance.2. Ensure successful delivery of alltechnology tasks assigned with high quality. Developing andexecuting as per the project plans. 3.

    Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle:
    conceptdesign build deploy test release to app stores and support.4. Diagnose performance issues fix bugs(including crashes and ANRs) to increase the functionality of theapplication.5. A proven team member andindividual contributor with strong analytical and stakeholdermanagement skills. 6. Write well designedtestable efficient code. 7. Bring innovativeideas to meet our companys technical needs and enhance applicationsby identifying opportunities for improvements.8. Communicate key project data to teammembers and building cohesion amongst team members.


    The Skills youll needIn order to be successful inthis role you must have the following skills & experience:1. Indepth knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript CSS HTML and frontendlanguages. 2. Knowledge of REACT toolsincluding Webpack Enzyme Redux and Flux.3. Should have built web apps CMS adminpanels that are deployed to production.4. Itwill be an addon if you can also code mobile apps in ReactNative.5. Should have experience ofintegrating backend APIs and managing statelocally.6. Should understand complexbusiness logic and be able to convert that intocode.7. Good to have capability ofconverting design into HTML code. 8. Good tohave exposure to building video streaming and real time chatplatforms using webrtc & Good to have understanding of dockercontainerization and Kubernetes.10.Shouldhave an understanding of how to build and deploy a ReactJSapplication11.Experience in dealing withtech and business stakeholders. 12.Strongunderstanding of Agile methodology. 13.Handson experience in Dev Ops. 14.Provenanalytical and problemsolving skills.15.Excellent communication skills andability to interact effectively at all levels across technologyteams. 16.Can work well both individually orin a team by taking a collaborative approach to problem solving anddelivery.

Selfstarter and highlymotivated individual who is prepared to use his/her own initiativein understanding and following up issues. 2.Takes ownership and responsibility of problems through toresolution. 3. Keen to learn business processes and technicalskills. 4. Ability to work under pressureand multitask when necessary. 5. Hands onexperience using tools like Trello GitlabZoom.
