About The Role

The CTPO will lead our dynamic product and tech team to create a customer first culture and drive the product roadmap to achieve CNPS >60 in next 12 months and >80 in next 24 months.

We believe that by driving the right product vision and strategy, we can offer our product to new markets like the US, Brazil and ANZ.

We aspire to cater to 5000+ Institutions by 2024.

What Describes You Best
Engineering graduate, preferably with a management background.

12+ years of work exp. with at least 4+ yrs. in SaaS and cloud-based software delivery models.

Product Management leadership roles in start-ups or L-1 roles in Product Management and Delivery in mid-sized companies

Skills

Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills
Excellent project management and data analytics skills
Handson experience with Product management and delivery of SAAS products
Handson experience with cloud technologies

What will you Own

As a CTPO you will be responsible to develop and execute the product strategy to achieve CNPS and CSAT goals and deliver on strategic initiatives to positively impact revenue and cost over a 12-18 month horizon.
