    Requirements


    Responsibilities:
    Handle Minimum 2 SAP implementation projects as a solution Lead forthe respective practice.
    Directly supervise 10consultants/Associate consultants/trainees on a daily basis andtrack their respective project progress.
    Reports toPractice lead on weekly basis for ongoing projects.
    Following aspects of the project are to be governed.
    oEffort utilization and loading
    o Schedule
    oCost
    o Quality of deliverables
    o Daily scrumcalls.
    Conducting daily calls with the team and BPO tomonitor the project activities and progress.
    Conductsolution walk throughs FTS workshop and UAT sessions etc. with theclient for the implementation projects.
    Milestonegovernance and adherence
    Collaborating and developingclient relationships to develop new opportunities with clients andidentify engagement followon.
    Maintain cost schedule GMof the project for their respective practice as agreed in deliverymandate.
    To work with Presales team for providingsolutions to the bidding projects
    Ability to travelonsite whenever required for the project.
    Ability tomanage expectations with the project team and client.
    Ability to guide & mentor the respective module consultantson managing the solution and design.
    Conduct appraisalsfor team members.
    Manage attrition.
    Identifytraining needs of the team and develop promotable resources fromwithin the team.
    Participate in organizationalinitiatives such as recruitment drives training programsetc.

    Requirements:Tier 1 Company only
    SAP Certification
    Multimodules experience and solution architecture knowledge arepreferable.
    7 years of SAP Functional Experience inrespective functional module
    At least 2 End to Endimplementation experience S4 Hana experience ispreferable.
    Excellent interpersonal skills with provenexperience and thoughtleadership.


    Educationand Soft skillExpertise:
    University degree in computer science comparable education or workexperience.
    Excellent communication (written andverbal)
    Excellent presentation skills and organizationskills
