Description

Job Role:

Processing of Instructions received from the Clients.
Signature Verification of Client Instructions
Hand-off of Client Instructions to other internal units.
Preparing Regulatory Reports to send to SEBI/RBI/NSDL (Daily/Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly/Quarterly basis)
Timely submission of reports to SEBI, NSDL & RBI.
Updating Equity Capital of Companies and Limit Monitoring for the Clients.
Keeping a track of NSDL Restricted scrip's.
Checking Instructions on Swift.
Ensure the Process Notes and Checklist are updated.
Responsible to have process all the trade instructions.

Ensuring system UAT is completed on timely basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, SEBI & RBI Regulations for reporting of trades.

Educational Qualifications:

Commerce Graduate from any University.

MBA.

Experience Profile:

Job requires at least 3-4 years' experience preferably with Custody Services unit of any Bank.
