    Position: StoreAssistant

    JobDescription: Max Aircon is seeking a Store Assistantfor our Pune location. As a Store Assistant you will be responsiblefor assisting in various tasks related to inventory managementcustomer service and general store operations. This position issuitable for candidates who have completed their 12th grade and arelooking to start their career in the retailindustry.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    1.Assist in receiving unpacking and stocking merchandise in anorganizedmanner.

    Maintainaccurate records of inventory levels and assist in conductingregular stockchecks.

    2.Assist customers in finding products providing information andprocessing transactions at the checkoutcounter.

    3.Keep the store clean organized and presentable at alltimes.

    4.Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations andexcellent customerservice.

    5.Follow safety and security procedures to protect merchandise andmaintain a safe workingenvironment.

    6.Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager orSupervisor.

    Requirements:

    1.Minimum 12thpass or equivalent educationalqualification.

    2.Goodcommunication skills and a friendlydemeanor.

    3.Basic computerknowledge for data entry and inventorytracking.

    4.Ability to workin a team and follow instructionsaccurately.

    5.Prior experiencein a retail environment is preferred but notmandatory.
