Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to significantly improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
Perform onpage and offpage optimization, including optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structure for maximum impact.
Utilize advanced SEO techniques to enhance website visibility, including schema markup, rich snippets, and technical optimizations.
Conduct thorough website audits to identify and address SEO issues, such as broken links, duplicate content, and indexing problems.
Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics using industryleading tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO auditing software.
Provide detailed reports and insights on key SEO metrics, including rankings, traffic sources, conversion rates, and lead generation.
Collaborate closely with web developers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure seamless implementation of SEO best practices across all digital assets.
Conduct regular competitive analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Build and nurture relationships with external partners, such as influencers, bloggers, and industry publications, to acquire highquality backlinks and increase brand exposure.
Perform comprehensive backlink audits to identify and disavow toxic or lowquality links, and develop strategies to acquire authoritative and relevant backlinks.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of backlink strategies, adjusting tactics as needed to maintain a healthy link profile.
Lead and manage lead generation efforts through SEO, optimizing landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to website content, structure, and user experience to enhance lead generation and overall online performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in SEO, backlink strategies, and lead generation.
Extensive knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and advanced SEO techniques.
Proficiency in using a wide range of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Expertise in conducting thorough keyword research, onpage optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Solid understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Proven track record of significantly improving organic search rankings, driving highquality traffic, and generating leads.
Indepth knowledge of lead generation strategies and the ability to optimize online channels for maximum conversion.
Adept at staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and emerging industry developments.
Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable objectives.
Certification in SEO or related fields is highly desirable.
