Calling potential customers / clients in international market and providing them with product information

  • Collecting market information to analyse trends and identify business opportunities from the target international market
  • Generate and qualify leads as necessary to fill the sales pipeline
  • Should have strong internet research skills and a clear understanding of market research basics
  • Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts
  • Utilise leads lists and initiate outbound communication with qualified leads
  • Manage social media forums to generate interest and monitor activity
  • Research on client needs, business trends, competition, and market dynamics
  • Offer the company products in the most presentable manner and educate prospective clients about the products portfolio
  • Reviewing clients feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinating on timely basis with production department and monitoring dispatched
  • Travel internationally to develop a new markets while enhancing the existing ones
  • Expand our international business
