Job Purpose :

The primary responsibility is to meet Utilities Customer and understand the requirements and propose solutions based on available solutions.

Geography would be India and ASEAN Region.

This position requires closely working with various internal stakeholders like tendering team, technology team, program management office, product development team, etc beyond engaging with customers.

This job also includes strategy to ensure competitive edge for solutions offered.

Key job responsibilities

  • Ability to conduct Market Research & Intelligence.
  • Understand Market, Market segmentation, Potential Customers and develop business strategies.
  • Generation of Leads and Conversion to prospects
  • Develop a growth strategy in sync with Companies vision & growth plans
  • Managing Customer Relationship, Customer Experience, Customer Expectation/ Perception.
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote company's products/ services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
  • MIS & Reporting and participation in Management Reviews
  • Managing and Improving Internal KPI's, Objectives
  • Writing business proposals, Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Forecasting industry trends globally
  • Predicting market impactors and preparing analysis on weekly basis.
  • Keeping track of Industry Movers and Shakers. Networking & developing necessary connect.
  • Displaying Flamboyance in approach, meetings, presentations and participating in Exhibitions and talk shows.
  • Having knowledge of other functional departments, current and emerging technologies.

Knowledge, Skills and Ability

  • Proven working experience in Project delivery and Solution Engineering or a relevant role in digital solutions business.
  • Adherence to Internal Process Controls and governance.
  • Having an indepth knowledge of business products, Utility Segment, and value proposition
  • Proven track record in Project delivery as well as Good connect with Customer
  • Good Technical ability to understand Customer Problems
  • Proficiency in MS Office and allied software.
Physical Environment

  • The job requires working in an office environment. May have to visit work sites on needto basis. No specific or unusual physical/environmental demands.
Academic Qualification/s

Essential:
B.E/B. Tech in Electrical Engineering


Desirable:
M. Tech.


Experience:
Minimum 15 Years

Work Experience

  • Project Engineering, Delivery and Solution Engineering experience (prefer 67 years) in the digital solutions business with a successful track record of building relationships.
  • Proven ability to establish profitable relationships with decision makers at companies and organizations.
  • Outstanding presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Abide by all noncompete/solicit agreements
