    About the Role - Client Engagement Lead - Healthcare Consulting


    Stepping into the role of Client Engagement Lead at VyasLife means becoming an essential component of the dynamic energy that propels our organization forward, serving as the conduit between our esteemed doctors, pharmaceutical partners, and our mission-driven company.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Fostering Partnerships: Develop and execute strategic partnerships with Key Accounts, cultivating strong relationships with Doctors, Hospitals, Medical Associations, and Pharma companies.
    • Primary Point of Contact: Establish yourself as the trusted liaison for these accounts, ensuring seamless alignment between internal teams and client requirements to facilitate effective collaboration.
    • Customer Satisfaction Advocate: Lead efforts in resolving customer concerns and championing satisfaction, with a focus on nurturing longterm loyalty.
    • Engagement Strategist: Organize compelling activities to nurture enduring relationships with our esteemed doctors and clients.
    • Efficient Coordinator: Skillfully manage presales support and requests, ensuring impactful plans and strategy submissions to prospective projects and clients.
    • Project Management Expert: Collaborate with the content team to develop and oversee the timely execution of project plans.
    • Dynamic Presenter: Deliver impactful presentations showcasing our offerings, compelling clients to embark on transformative journeys with us.

    Scientific Dialogue:
    Lead engaging exchanges with the medical community, leveraging their invaluable insights to guide our organizational direction.

    • Steward of Relationships: Take full ownership of client relationships, from onboarding to ongoing support, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Strategic Consultant: Cultivate deep trust with client partners, guiding them in extracting sustained value from our offerings.
    • Effective Communicator: Foster transparent communication channels internally and externally to glean insights and foster mutual growth.
    • Process Optimization Specialist: Streamline existing processes and drive innovation in HCP Engagement initiatives to maximize impact.
    • Training Facilitator: Assist in developing comprehensive training modules to empower team members and enhance their skills.
    • Collaborative Partner in Sales and Marketing: Seamlessly collaborate with sales and marketing teams, contributing to project closures and crafting compelling reports and case studies.
